Quinn Faylor is a queer, non-binary, multi-disciplinary maker based in Detroit, MI. Their work centers on embodiment and joy, focusing on the exploration of space and the possibilities it holds. Faylor’s compositions are playful patterns, deeply inspired by their relationships with self, others, and the natural world. They draw inspiration from the duality of “yes” and “no,” the curious joy and hardship in self-discovery, and relationships as creative endeavors—how we find a home in them and build spaces that hold us. Each composition is a celebration that finds ground in a dynamic dance of colors.
