Brian Lacey

Brian Lacey was born on October 13th, 1988 in Pontiac, Michigan. In 2015 he received a Bachelor’s degree with an illustration major at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan. While completing his academics he secured an artist residency at the Red Bull House of Art, as well as an internship at the Library Street Collective both located in Detroit. Brian was previously selected for Imago Mundi at La Biennale di Venezia in Venice, Italy and is currently working on his most recent series while preparing for upcoming residencies. Brian lives and works in Detroit, Michigan.
